Painters Profit uses SMS (text messaging) strictly for business-related communications, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups with interested leads or clients, promotional messages (special offers, updates, tips), and customer support or inquiry follow-ups. All messages are intended to be helpful, relevant, and directly related to the services Painters Profit provides.
We obtain prior express consent from all users before sending any SMS communication. Consent is collected through online forms (e.g., landing pages or lead magnets), website pop-ups or contact forms, and verbal consent during discovery/sales calls (with proper documentation). The opt-in language clearly explains that the user is consenting to receive text messages from Painters Profit, the type of messages they can expect, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out.
All messages include an easy opt-out option. Users can reply with keywords such as
STOP
to unsubscribe or
HELP
to receive support info. Once a user opts out, they are immediately removed from our SMS list and will not receive further texts unless they opt-in again.
Users will receive no more than
3 messages per week
. We avoid excessive or spammy behavior and comply with carrier regulations regarding message frequency.
We respect user privacy. Personal data such as names, phone numbers, and message content is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Painters Profit adheres to all applicable data protection laws and SMS industry regulations.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier plan.
